What are your shipping prices?
Shipping prices for the UK:
- Two Day Delivery by DPD £3.99 (2-5 business days)
- Free shipping over £50
- Free Next Day Delivery by DPD on orders over £100
Shipping prices for the US:
- Delivery by USPS $5 (2-7 business days)
- Free delivery for orders over $60
Shipping prices for France:
- Standard Delivery by Colissimo 4.95€ (2-5 business days)
- Next Day Delivery by Chronopost 8.95€ (must be placed before noon)
- Free Shipping Over 50€
- Free Next Delivery for Orders Over 100€
- DOM TOM - A flat fee of 20€ is applied to all orders

A flat fee of £39.90 (44.90€) applies to all orders to all countries in Africa (2-7 business days)

A flat fee of £39.90 (44.90€) applies to all orders (2-7 business days)
Shipping prices for Canada:
A flat fee of 20$ applies to all orders (2-7 business days)
We deliver to the UK, Europe, US, Canada, Africa, Australia and Asia for the time being. Please note that these delivery times are given as an indication and are dependent on the carriers. KOBA skincare cannot be held responsible for any delays that are out of our control. The delivery costs will not be reimbursed if the deadlines are not respected by the services.
Will I have to pay customs fees upon receiving my order?
For the United Kingdom, there is no VAT for total orders below £135. If your order is above £135, your courier will inform you about the relevant charges owed. Please note it will be your responsibility to pay for these duties. For the other countries, customs charges are specific to each country and depend on the amount of your order. The charges by customs are your responsibility.
For Europe and DOM-TOM, tax duties are specific to each country and depend on the amount of your order. The charges by customs are your responsibility.
For the US, Canada, Africa, Australia, Asia, tax duties are dependent on the amount of your order. The charges by customs are your responsibility.
